The location of this hotel is great, with easy access to the center of the city within a 10-15 minute walk. The staff are very helpful and friendly, always willing to provide advice and assistance. The rooms are kept very clean, ensuring a comfortable stay. The shared bathroom facilities are spacious and well-maintained, with plenty of hot water and high water pressure. the hotel offers comfortable beds and nice thick towels for guests to use.
The curtains in the rooms did not completely block out the daylight, which may be an issue for those sensitive to light.

I was in town for a conference and wanted to save money, so I chose Ingra House. It's half the price of city center hotels and has a well-stocked kitchen. The facilities are clean and the staff is friendly and helpful. The shared bathrooms were always available and the room had a comfy queen bed. The blackout curtains kept the midnight sun out, although there was a small gap. I saved money, had a great night's sleep, and enjoyed my stay.
Would recommend this hotel.

For the price, Ingra House provided excellent value. The rooms were comfortable and had all the necessary amenities, including a big fridge for storing leftovers. The location was convenient, with a walkable area and easy access to the center. The staff, especially Max the manager, were incredibly helpful and made me feel safe during my stay.
The only thing that could make the breakfast better is expanding the kitchen "open" hours to accommodate early or late tea or coffee cravings.

Ingra House is a budget-friendly option with a well-stocked and functional kitchen. The facilities were kept clean and the shared areas were well-maintained. The property is located in a quiet neighborhood, ensuring a peaceful stay.

Small room, shared bathroom, good for sleeping and exploring. Price saved money, kitchen was a plus. Quiet and helpful staff, lent bear spray and allowed late shower. No negative aspects found.

Affordable and great value for money compared to other options in the city center. Clean and well-maintained facilities. Convenient location, within walking distance to amenities
Lack of hand soap in the bathrooms, which is a basic hygiene expectation. Inconsistent internet connection despite following staff's advice.

We had a great stay! The rooms were comfortable with a kitchenette, dining table, and a comfy bed. The hotel had clean bathrooms and a well-maintained community kitchen. The friendly staff made our experience even better. The hotel's location was convenient, only about a 25-minute drive to downtown and main attractions. We also appreciated the cheap price.
Nothing to be said.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The kitchen was fantastic, allowing me to prepare my own meals. The rooms were perfect for my needs as a backpacking camper. I appreciated being able to leave my bags before and after check-in. Max, the staff member, provided plenty of good advice on the local area and Alaska in general. This hotel is a great base for touring Alaska with tent + car. It is also the most affordable spot around.
Nothing to dislike.

The rooms at this hotel were clean and comfortable, with all the necessary amenities. The TV had free cable and the Wi-Fi was fast and reliable. The location of the hotel was also great, with easy access to downtown and public transportation. Plus, there was a 24-hour gas station, post office, Safeway, and bank within walking distance.
The lack of bathroom in the room was a bit inconvenient, especially during midnight bathroom trips. However, the shared bathrooms were kept clean and well-maintained.

As low-budget travelers, we loved the clean rooms and the huge fridge in our accommodation. The hostel provided clean and well-maintained common bathrooms without any queues. The friendly personnel and the small but nice common kitchen were also highlights. Not too many people used the kitchen, which was a bonus.
Felt at home instantly, with nothing being too much trouble.
